汽车桥壳热挤压工艺动态传热的仿真
Dynamic Thermal Transfer Simulation in Hot Extrusion of Bridge Shell

【摘要】 在热挤压过程中,加热温度的高低直接影响到挤压件的变形,但挤压模和毛坯接触进行的热量传递是一个动态过程.先计算出一个静态的瞬态的单位时间内的传导热量,再将其作为一个面载荷作用在向下运动的毛坯最下面一个单元边界上,并按照速度V向上传递,实现了动态传热过程,为热挤压过程的温度分析提出了参考性意见.
【Abstract】 The limit of metal yield intensity is directly affected by the temperature when the metal material is heated. During the hot extrusion, the shape of the extrusion material also largely depends on the temperature. There is heat transfer when the diecast and roughcast is contacted . It is a process of dynamic heat transfer. In this paper, the quality of heat transfer in unit time was calculated by a static transient heat transfer between diecast and roughcast. Then the quality of heat calculated above was effected on the last element below as an area force, the heat was transferred above by a velocity of V. By all of this, the process of dynamic heat transfer was realized.
