【摘要】 分析了输电线路运行检修与管理所涉及到的线路、杆塔、设备以及日常管理工作中的数据与信息流,提出了以GIS(地理信息系统)软件和数据库软件分别管理输电线路数据的方法,构建了输电线路地理信息系统数据库的框架．输电线路的空间(图形)数据采用GIS软件进行管理,非空间 (属性)数据采用关系数据库管理,两者通过集成地图开发的方式进行关联．数据库设计时,定义了设备之间的连接关系与从属关系,例如输电线路与杆塔、杆塔与塔头等,可依据这些关系对设备和输电网络进行追踪．整个系统数据库基于C／S(客户机／服务器)结构,实现网络共享和系统安全性功能．更多还原

【Abstract】 A framework of geographic information system database for power transmission lines is constructed, to research the characteristics of the GIS and the operating and maintaining of the transmission line and analyze the data and data stream generated from transmission line, tower, equipment and daily management work. The space (figure) data are managed by GIS software; the non-space (attribute) data are managed by SQL server; and the technology of integrated mapping is applied to link the space and attribute data. During the design of database, the equipment and power transmission net could be traced based on the defined relationship and affiliation of equipment such as power transmission line and tower, tower and tower coping, etc. The whole database system is based on the Client/Server system so the function of net and systemic security are achieved.更多还原
