超高温服役的奥氏体耐热钢焊缝失效分析

【摘要】 利用电子显微镜和成分分析技术对奥氏体耐热钢X15CrNiSi2520钢焊缝超高温服役前后的显微组织进行了观察和分析,表明焊缝先于母材失效的主要原因是焊缝Si含量偏低,硅酸盐夹杂偏多,且不均匀,使得焊缝各处的抗高温氧化能力不一致且低于母材;其次焊缝在还原性燃烧气体工作环境中,其最高工作温度下降,产生了氧化腐蚀,不能满足工作环境要求,据此提出了建议与对策。
【Abstract】 The observation on microstructure of the X15CrNiSi2520 Austenitic heat resistance steel welds before and after superelevated temperature service and analysis were performed by means of electron microscopy and chemical composition. It is pointed that the primal failure reason of the welds prior to base metal were as follows : firstly, Si content is lower than base metal , the inclusions in welds superabound and were not uniformed, hence, resistance to elevated temperature oxidation of the welds is lower than base metal and is not uniformed. Secondly, the best service temperature of the welds in the deoxidisation combustion gases is decreased, the welds are made corrosion, they are not satisfied the service condition. According to this ,some proposals and counter-measures were given.
