用于弯坡路段安全审计的中型车运行速度模型研究

【摘要】 道路线形一致性安全审核是提高交通安全水平的一项重要技术措施。运行速度评价方法是最常用的道路线形一致性评价方法,而运行速度模型是这种评价体系的核心。由于国内外道路交通条件和道路线形设计标准的差别,国外的模型不能正确反映我国的道路车辆的运行特性。研究交通流特性,建立反映我国交通特性的运行速度模型对我国道路安全审核有十分重要意义。本文通过深入调查中型车在我国山区高速公路运行速度基础上,详细分析驾驶员在我国山区高速公路自由流状态下弯坡路段的信息采集处理过程,认为弯坡路段的平曲线曲中点前后两部分运行速度是受不同信息的影响。然后探讨了弯坡路段中型牟运行速度变化规律,用大量的实测数据建立了相应的两阶段弯坡路段运行速度统计模型,为绘制运行速度断面曲线图和交通仿真提供理论基础,有助于应用设计一致性理念进行道路安全审核。同时也为正在进行的《高速公路运行速度设计方法和标准》项目提供了数据支持。
【Abstract】 The goal of transportation is generally described as the safe and efficient movement of people and goods. To examine the consistency of design was an important technique to improve safety on roadway. Predicting operating speed was the most common method for evaluating the consistency of a roadway. The operating speed models were the kernel of this rating method. Prediction equations had been developed in Europe and America. However, the speed characters of China would not be same as those of foreign because of the differences of traffic and design standards of alignment. It was indispensable to research oa the traffic characters and develops pertinent models for China. After investigating operating speed of trucks on freeways in mountain areas, the paper analyzed the driver’ s process of collecting and dealing with information of free-flow trucks on freeways. Factors and corresponding rules were definitely explored that influenced speed on combined sharp horizontal and vital curves in this paper. When a driver drives from a grade to a horizontal curve on grade, information collected by the driver may be significantly different during the process due to changes of alignments. The factors affecting the operating speed on horizontal curve change at different locations of the curve. It was assumed that any speed adjustment would be acceptable during the two parts of curve (one section was between the start point of a horizontal curvature and near the midpoint of horizontal curvature, and other section was between the midpoint and terminal of the horizontal curvature) on account of different information. The goal of this study was to develop the free flow speed prediction models for passenger trucks on sharp curve on great gradient of freeways. After being analyzed the characteristics and rules of field data of typical vehicles (vehicle performance is similar to a general truck with its carrying capacity of 8-15 tons) on sharp horizontal curves on grades, a group of two steps operating speed were formulated by regression analysis and validated by field data. These models -based on design consistency were intended to be used in traffic simulation technology and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), which would be helpful to draw speed profile for rating design consistency. At the same time, it would afford data support for the project "the alignment design method and standard for highway" of the Ministry of Communications of China.
