郑西客运专线铁路隧道浅埋暗挖施工过程数值模拟研究

【摘要】 浅埋暗挖法的主要特点是要充分利用围岩的自承能力,即施工时适时施作支护。要做到这一点,在进行数值模拟隧道的动态开挖过程时,就必须考虑应力释放的问题。而这是异常复杂和繁琐的。本文采用静力等效原则,以获得等效开挖释放节点力。同时,以大型通用软件ANSYS为平台,充分利用它的高级参数化语误,定位开挖线上节点的位置,编制了隧道开挖的通用程序。从而用一个简单和实用的方法解决了隧道动态开挖的数值模拟的关键问题。文中以郑西客运专线铁路隧道的施工过程为例,进行了隧道分步开挖的有限元数值模拟,其结果可指导隧道初衬的施工设汁。
【Abstract】 The main characteristic of shallow tunneling method is to fully utilize the bearing capability of wall rock itself; that is, provide support timely when it is constructed. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to consider the problem of stress relief in the process of tunnel excavation using numerical simulation method, which is, however, extremely complicated and trivial. The static equivalent principle was used in order to obtain the equivalent nodal forces by excavating release. In addition, based on the large - scale universal software ANSYS, a general program using APDL of ANSYS, which can easily locate the nodes at the excavation line, was developed for the calculation of the tunnel excavation. Thus, the key problem of the numerical simulation of the tunnel dynamic excavation was solved by a simple and practical method. Taking the railway tunnel of Zheng - Xi special passenger transport as an example, the multi - stage excavation process was simulated numerically with FEM method. The results may be used as a reference for the construction and design of the initial lining.
