【摘要】 区域配送中心选址是否得当对其后期运营成本影响很大,本文将针对配送中心从设计规划到项目寿命期结束所涉及到的诸多成本因素进行分析,从配送中心营运角度对配送线路优化处理,使配送成本最低,这样得出的方案才更符合实际情况;以往对配送线路的优化问题一般放在配送中心建成后考虑,作者认为这是本末倒置,所以,在本文中采用优化后的线路进行成本比较,使配送中心选址的可比性更强;综合考虑土地使用成本、基础设施建设成本,并将两项成本在项目寿命期内按照复利计算,分摊到各个年份,得到年固定费用支出额弥补了以往选址方法中只考虑节约运输费用,未考虑土地使用成本、基础设施建设成本的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wheather the distribution is fitting or not have a deep influence to the operation , there is many analyses regarding the choice of distribution from planning to the end. We can get the best location from the view of operation . Meanwhile, there is a comparison of average cost , it is much comparable , and it has resulted the probleem of other aspect such as the land cost and building cost.更多还原
