【摘要】 随着汽车保有量的增加,交通基础设施的建设已经满足不了交通发展的需要。采用智能交通系统改善道路状况已是必然的选择,而真正的智能交通系统就是能向出行者提供全方位的、实时的和可靠的交通信息以及与交通有关的其他信息,因而交通信息的采集是进行各种交通管理和控制的基础。随着新技术的出现及应用,各种新的交通信息采集手段及采集设备将不断更新,这将为我们建立更加先进的实时交通信息采集系统及交通预警系统提供坚实的基础。本文在研究了国外一些发达国家和国内一些大城市交通信息采集与应用系统现状的基础上,通过分析目前北京道路交通采集信息系统的现状,从实现信息的高度整合和共享角度出发,对北京城市交通流实时动态采集、处理/分析及发布系统进行了研究和构想,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of traffic foundation establishment cannot satisfy the needs of traffic development with the increasing quantities of automobiles. So using ITS that improves roadway status is a certain choice. Genuine ITS should provide full-orientation and real-time and reliable traffic information and other information that is related to traffic for passengers. Thus traffic information collection becomes the basis of traffic management and control. All kinds of new instruments and equipments using for traffic information collection will be updated with the appearance and application of new technology. This will provide us with the basis on establishing more advanced real-time traffic information collection system. This article researches and assumes Beijing traffic information collection and application system basing on the study of domestic and overseas traffic flow real-time dynamic collection and disposal and analysis and release systems. I hope other people can bring forward more viewpoints through this paper.更多还原
