【摘要】 本文通过对“船员产品”的开发特性、存在问题及传统企业教练的局限性进行分析,提出了一种船员公司人力资源“教练式”开发模式:即在船员公司建立一个“教练式”开发平台,从产品开发的角度,将每种职务船员作为一种产品进行开发,开发平台为多开发主体参与“船员产品”的开发提供了一个平台;从企业教练开发的角度,开发平台为船员之间、船员与其他人力资源之间“互为教练”提供了一个平台。通过船员公司人力资源“教练式”开发模式的运行,解决了“船员产品”开发中的重复开发问题、信息孤岛问题、心理和生理素质的开发问题等.也解决了企业教练开发中的沟通问题、教练信息问题、知识“瓶颈”问题等,以充分发挥船员公司的整体优势,挖掘船员的潜力,实现船员公司、船员、航运企业的共同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the characteristics and existing problems of "seafarer product" development and the limitations of enterprise coach, this article proposes a "coaching" development pattern in human resource in a crew manning company. That is to set up a "coaching" development platform in a crew manning company. In site of product development, each rank of seafarer is treated as one kind of product to be developed. The development platform offers a mechanism for parties participating in the "seafarer product" development; in site of enterprise coach development, the development platform offers a mechanism for mutual coaching among seafarers, as well as between seafarers and other human resources. By running the "coaching" development pattern in human resource in the crew manning company, the problems of repeating development, isolated island of information, development of physiology and psychology diathesis, etc. in seafarer product development are solved; the problems of communication, coaching information, bottleneck of knowledge, etc. in the process of enterprise coach development are also solved. Therefore, the advantages of the whole crew manning company and the potentialities of seafarers can be brought into full play and the goals of harmonious development of the crew manning companies, seafarers, and shipping companies can be achieved.更多还原
