矢量地图的安全问题与一种可逆数字水印认证方案

【摘要】 数字矢量地图作为GIS系统中最重要的数据组成部分,在许多领域具有广泛的应用前景。同时,与其他电子媒体一样,它也面临着数字版权保护的问题。另外,尽管矢量地图具有高精度和无损缩放等优良特性,但在某些场合下仍旧不能取代传统纸质地图的地位,典型的例子包括军事地图以及海图。限制矢量地图应用的并不是技术因素,而是这些特殊的应用场合对地图数据的安全性具有更加严格的要求。本文分析了矢量地图的应用所面临的主要安全问题,并将其归为两大类,即地图数据的真实性问题和完整性问题。数字水印技术为上述问题提供了潜在的解决方案。结合当前针对矢量地图的数字水印技术的研究现状,本文分析并提出了当前该领域尚需解决的主要问题。最后,针对数据真实性问题,本文提出了一种基于可逆脆弱水印技术的矢量地图数据认证方案。
【Abstract】 Digital vector map is the most important data type in Geographical Information System (GIS) . Like many other digital medias, the application of vector map also faces the problem of copyright protection. Furthermore, although having the higher precision and the capability of being losslessly scaled, digital vector maps still can not take the place of some traditional maps such as military maps and sea charts, etc. The main reason comes not from the aspect of technology, but the security requirements of these special application environments. In this paper, the security related issues of vector maps will be categorized into two classes, i.e. the authenticity and the integrity of the map data. Watermarking technology can provide potential solutions for these problems. Basing on the state of the study in vector map watermarking, several unsolved problems will be generalized in this paper. Furthermore, towards the issue of data integrity, a reversible authentication scheme utilizing fragile watermarking technology is proposed.
