仿真技术在集装箱码头设计中的应用
Simlation for Planning of an Container Terminal

【摘要】 集装箱码头设计从提出备选方案到进行方案评价、优选,是一个需要反复修改的复杂过程。同时对方案的评价会牵涉到设计、施工单位、用户以及政府主管部门等多个方面,因此在设计阶段建立一个具有真实感的虚拟码头模型,以便各方面深入了解方案、通过协调提出修改意见;另外,模型也为设计部门检验方案的合理性提供了直观的手段,对提高设计质量、缩短设计周期具有积极的意义。在仿真过程中,先根据收集整理的相关资料数据通过Emplant仿真软件进行装卸工艺系统的仿真模型建立,同时拟出多个备选方案,仿真后得出若干相关结果。对仿真结果进行筛选优化后,再将该数据输入到集装箱码头仿真系统(在商用的虚拟现实软件MultiGen Creator和Vega基础上自行研发的)中,进行实时三维虚拟现实仿真,最后得出一组优选方案。
【Abstract】 When designing a container terminal, designers should propose the scheme in many schemes through appraising, optimum seeking, which is a complicated course needing to revise repeatedly. At the same time the appraisal on the scheme will involve such a lot of respects as the design, unit in charge of construction, user and responsible department of the government, etc. .So it is important to set up a model of fictitious quay with sense of reality during the course of designing, to understand the scheme in depth in various fields, and to put forward the suggestion for revision through coordinating .On the other hand, the model offers the intuitionist means for the rationality that the design department examined the scheme, which have positive meanings in improving designing quality, shortening design cycle. In the simulation course, based on relevant materials data, the simulation modeling for the design of stevedoring technology scheme for container terminals is set up through Emplant software firstly, a lot of schemes in reserve are drawn up at the same time, and then several relevant results are got after simulation. After optimizing the simulation results, these data are input into simulation system for container terminal (research and develop by oneself on the basis of commercial virtual reality soft ware MultiGen Creator and Vega), then the virtual reality simulation is carried on, and a group of optimum seeking schemes must be get finally.
