【摘要】 目的探讨治疗女性泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体(UU)感染的有效方法。方法 117 例UU阳性临床症状与体征明显的女性患者随机分为二组,分别采用局部微波治疗和敏感抗菌药物治疗。结果微波治疗组1周和1个月的疗效分别为94％和95．52％,显著高于药物治疗组的56％和58％(X2=25．80 P<0．001;x2=25．86 P<0．001)。结论局部微波治疗较药物治疗UU感染效果好,优点较多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effective methods to treat female NGU infected by UU. Method 117 female cases with visible symptoms of NGU infected by UU were divided to tow groups randomly, of which, one treated by microwave locally and another treated by susceptive medicine .Their curative effects compared and checked by X2 test. Result Observed after 1 week and 1 month respectively, the curative effect of 94% and 95.52% from microwave locally are significant high than the one of 56% and 58% from susceptive medicine (x2 =25 .80 P< 0.001; x2=25 .86 P< 0.001) Conclusion Curative effect of treating female NGU infected by UU with microwave locally is much better than the one of treatment with susceptive medicine. The merit of treatment with microwave is more than the one of treatment with microwave. The experience from the paper could be used for reference to craft brothers.更多还原
