浅论盐城海滨湿地自然保护区旅游开发中的生态补偿机制的构建

【摘要】 本文从自然保护区和生态补偿的基本内容出发,探讨了自然保护区生态补偿的理论基础,阐述了在自然保护区的旅游开发过程中进行生态补偿的重要意义,对自然保护区生态补偿机制的构建进行了初步的设计,最后给出了自然保护区生态补偿的做法与政策建议。
【Abstract】 This paper starts from the elementary contents of natural reserves and eco-compensation,probes into the theoretical bases of the eco-compensation in natural reserves,expounds the significances of eco- compensation in natural reserves,and designs the eco-compensation mechanisms for the protection of natural reserves.Finally it brings forward some recommendations on eco-compensation policies.
