振动校准装置测控系统的开发
Development of Vibration Measured and Controlled Instrument for Calibrating

【摘要】 对测振传感器自动校准的振动校准装置测控系统进行了研究,分别阐述了硬件和软件的设计思想,并对系统进行了实测分析。结果表明,系统完全可以满足测振传感器相对法校准的要求。该振动校准装置测控系统的研制,大大提高了测振传感器的自动化程度,并使校准结果的输出更符合国家计量检定规程的要求。
【Abstract】 Vibration-measured-and-controlled instrument (VMC) used for calibrating vibration sensors automatically has been studied, and the designing project of VMC which is made up of program-controlling waveform generator, program-controlling voltmeter and the EPP interface is discussed, then the controlling program is also discussed. Finally, each module is tested . The experimental data manifest that the VMC is suitable for calibrating vibration sensors. The development of VMC makes calibrating vibration sensors automatically, and the calibrating result normally.
