手扶拖拉机橡胶隔振式减振手把的设计和性能分析

【摘要】 在分析手扶拖拉机手把振源特性的基础上,以天然橡胶1154为隔振元件设计了一种新型的橡胶隔振式减振手把,该手把具有结构简单、工作稳定、安装简便、使用可靠的优点。在工农-5型手扶拖拉机上的试验结果表明,该手把有效地降低了振动传递率,在三轴向中振动最剧烈的方向上最大加速度和加权加速度分别减少了54.8%和55.8%,三轴向联合加速度降低了44.1%,当振动职业病发病率为30%时,振动病发生前允许的受振年限可延长126.4%,具有显著的减振效果。

【Abstract】 Based on analyzing vibration excitations of the handle grip, a new type rubber vibration-isolating handle grip of walking tractor is designed which uses rubber 1154 as component insulating vibration. The handle grip is of simple structure, steady and stable performance, easy to installation. The measured data on DN-5 walking tractor indicated that the maximum acceleration was decreased by 54. 8% and frequency-weighted acceleration was decreased by 55. 8% on the direction having the most serious vibration, the resultant frequency-weighted acceleration of three directions was reduced by 41. 1% , and the latency period before neuro-vascular disorders of the hands was prolonged by 126. 4%.
