机电混合振动系统的响应研究

【摘要】 通过对电容式与机械结构混合系统的麦克风为例进行物理建模,从理论上得出描述系统动态特性的频率响应函数,并以激励谱与响应谱之间关系表示失真度、线性度,还用响应均方根值表示放大性。从多种实验得出了一些结论,有助于研究出高品质的产品和产品检验。
【Abstract】 In this paper, we try to create the physical model building of microphone which is a sample of the capacitance -machine structure hybrid system, get frequency response’s function which describes the system’s dynamic characteristics theoretically, use the relation between excitation spectrum and response spectrum to explain degree of distortion, linearity, used response RMS value to explain magnification, and did a series of experiments, at last, we got same results to be used to help to research top -quality products and check its.
