【Abstract】 In this paper, we try to create the physical model building of microphone which is a sample of the capacitance -machine structure hybrid system, get frequency response’s function which describes the system’s dynamic characteristics theoretically, use the relation between excitation spectrum and response spectrum to explain degree of distortion, linearity, used response RMS value to explain magnification, and did a series of experiments, at last, we got same results to be used to help to research top -quality products and check its.更多还原
