振动时效工艺研究
New Energy Conservation Technology - the Vibratory Stress Relief

【摘要】 分别从金属在重复载荷作用下应变变化规律和振动时组织内部位错变化规律两方面解释了振动时效使工件残余应力下降,尺寸稳定性提高的基本机理,并以此为基础,探讨振动时效时激振力、振动频率、振动时间等因素对时效质量的影响原理,同时分析了各工艺参数的确定方法和振动时效工艺规程制定方法。
【Abstract】 This paper explained the basic principle that the Vibratory Stress Relief (VSR) declines the residual stress and improves the dimension stability of test piece in accordance with the metal strain variation regular and inner texture dislocation - variation regular under repeated load. Based on this principle, the relief effects resulted by the factors (quality of driven force, vibratory frequency and vibratory time and so on) is discussed, and finally it analyses the determination of technology parameters and regulations.
