【摘要】 本文从金融监管的经济学根源探析了金融监管的理论和实践的演化过程,并且讨论了中国金融监管理论和实践的演变过程和现状。第一部分,论述了金融监管理论发展的自发过程,证明金融监管理论不但受一定时期经济思想和政策的影响,而且是金融创新和金融监管不断博弈的结果。第二部分对中国的金融监管的理论研究状况进行了分析,讨论了中国金融监管理论的新进展。第三部分对全球范围的金融监管实践进行了分析,提出了可能的发展方向。最后,讨论了中国金融监管实践的现状与存在的问题,并相应提出了有关的对策。本文的研究结论对于进一步发展我国的金融监管理论并推进中国金融监管实践的现代化有一定的积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explores the evolution of the theory and practice of financial supervision in the prospective of its economics basis. It also discusses the evolution and current situation of the theory and practice of financial supervision in China. In the first part, the spontaneous evolution of the theory of financial supervision is discussed. It is proved that this evolution is not only influenced by the economic thoughts and policies in certain period, but also the outcome of continuous gaming between financial innovations and financial supervision. The second part concentrates on the status quo of the research of this theory in China. We try to predict the new development of this theory in China. In the third part, the global practice of financial supervision is analyzed, and possible is presented. Finally, we discuss the status quo and existing problems in the practice of China’s financial regulation and the suggestions about the solutions are presented.更多还原
