当前我国农村金融研究综述

【摘要】 中国金融改革近年来进行了很多研究,但是在农村金融方面突破不多。国务院对农信社加大改革力度,可以看作是进行农村金融改革的一个尝试。本文从十五个方面,综述了近几年来的农村金融研究,探讨了我国农村金融现存的问题和今后改革的方向,认为农村金融改革要全方位整体设计,存贷款机构、保险、证券、期货、政策性金融一起发展,并且要转变认识,重视商业性农村金融机构的可持续性发展和地方政府的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are many researches about Chinese financial reform these years, but researches to rural finance are very short of. That the State Council gradually reinforced the reform of rural credit cooperatives may be regarded as a tryout to reform rural financial system. This article summarized almost all of rural financial researches in these years, discussing the existent problems and direction of rural finance. It concluded that rural financial reform must be designed integratedly, developing credit institutions, insurance, securities , futures and policy finance together. People must pay more attention to the sustainable development of rural financial institutions and the function of local governments.更多还原
