耐火纤维浇注料的研制与应用

【摘要】 根据国外耐火纤维浇注料的理化性能指标以及实际热处理炉的生产条件,提出了提高耐火纤维浇注料力学性能的研究方向,通过反复的实验室实验研究,获得了性能优良的耐火纤维浇注料,并在武钢初轧厂缓冷坑改造中,成功地应用到炉盖上,取得了延长炉盖寿命与节能的优良效果。
【Abstract】 Based on the physical and chemical properties of the abroad ceramic fibre castables and the actualproducing conditions of heat treatment furnace,the study direction to advance mechanics properties of ceramicfibre castbles was put forward The ceramic fibre castables with good properties were gof through experimentalstudy. At blooming mill of Wuhan Iron & Steel Group Co., it was successfully used to construct the covers ofdelay cooling pit and the excellent results were got for extending covers life and energy saving.
