一维光子晶体中的负折射现象的理论分析

【摘要】 光子晶体中会产生的负折射现象,利用传输矩阵的方法对这一现象进行了详细的研究,得到了一维光子晶体的能带结构、群速度和功率透射谱的解析表达式,在此基础上详细解释了负折射现象的物理意义,并得到了光束在透射面且垂直于传播方向上的横向负位移,从而对光子晶体中的负折射给出了定量的描述。
【Abstract】 Negative refraction can exist in photonic crystals,and the physical significance of negative refraction in one-dimensional photonic crystals is discussed theoretically.The analytical expressions of the photonic band structure,the group velocity and the power transmittance are obtained.The frequency bands for negative refraction are found.There is a beam negative transverse position shift at the transmission surface when negative refraction occurs,which is analyzed in detail.
