十焦耳级重复频率光抽运XeF(C-A)激光器

【摘要】 研制了十焦耳级重复频率光抽运 XeF(C-A)激光器装置,该装置主要由激光器单元和 XeF2供气单元两部分构成。激光器气室长167cm,高20cm,宽13cm,输出口径5cm×5cm。抽运方式为双向光抽运,激光谐振腔采用平凹腔,腔长210cm,输出耦合10%。XeF2供气单元可向激光器提供 XeF2浓度为(0.6~1.2)×1017cm-3的激光混合气体。完成了一系列重复频率激光实验,激光器已实现0.2~1Hz 的重复频率运行,首脉冲最大能量已达到 18.7J,激光脉宽约1μs,总转换效率达到2.5‰。
【Abstract】 A 10J level of optically pumping XeF(C-A)laser has been developed which can be operated on repetition mode.The laser system consists of a laser device and a XeF2 generator.The laser chamber is 167cm in length,20cm in height and 13cm in width with an aperture of 5 cm×5 cm.The irradiation from a sectioned surface discharge is used to photolysis XeF2.Lasing is investigated by employing a stable resonator with the length of 210 cm and the output coupling of 10%.The active mixed gases with XeF2 concentration of(0.6~1.2)×1017cm-3can be obtained from XeF2 generator.The lasing experiments have been performed and the laser can be operated in the repetitive rate of 0.2~1Hz.At present,the maximum output energy of first pulse is 18.7J and the total conversion efficiency of 2.5‰ is obtained.The duration of laser pulse is about 1μs.
