激光二极管横向漫反射抽运掺钕钒酸钆45W线偏振输出激光器

【摘要】 抽运单元由3个硅微沟道冷却器封装的40W 连续激光二极管条构成。两个抽运单元组成一个抽运头,横向抽运安放在平行平面腔内直径3mm,长60mm 的 Nd:GdYVO 1晶体。该激光器输出了45W 线偏振激光束, TEM0.1*模。10W 时输出基模,用扫描法测得基模光斑直径3.9mm,光强分布接近高斯分布。
【Abstract】 The pumping unit consists of three 40 W CW laser diode bars mounted on modular silicon micro-channel cooled heat sinks. Two pumping units are used to assemble one pump head with a Nd:GdVO4 crystal rod of(?)3mm×60mm side-pumped.The laser with parallel-plane optical resonator emits 45 W CW laser beam with TEM?mode pattern and line polarization.When the laser has 10W output,the mode pattern is TEM?with 3.9mm diameter measured by scan method of micro-duct and near Gaussian radial intensity distribution.
