【摘要】 用于测试的多功能检测仪采用 MCS51单片机进行测试控制,实现信号采集、存储和信息显示。该仪器采用 CPLD 扩展外围接口,简化了硬件电路的设计；采用 MAX392多路选择器实现了多路选通。检测仪具有的推土/绞盘等按钮,在控制盒失效时可作为代用按钮使用。该仪器软件部分采用模块化的设计思想,为以后的升级、维护提供了方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 The multifunctional detecting instrument being used to test that adopt the MCS51 monolithic machine to carry out the testing and the control,realizes the signal collect,memory and Visualization.The instrument adopt CPLD to expand outer-ring interface,have facilitated circuital design of hardware;Adopt the multi-path selector of MAX392 to have realized multi-path selections.The instrument have button of the soil/capstan and others,which will be used as substituting when the controlling box invalid .The software of this instrument adopt modularized design thought,that provide convenient for promotion and upkeep in the hereafter.更多还原
