【摘要】 对女性用户的金融自助服务设备使用情况,在自助服务设备购买相关金融产品和服务的主要顾虑和接受程度、以及相关的可用性等问题进行讨论。为研究女性用户对金融自助服务设备的使用行为,以ATM网上银行和电话银行为例,通过在大连地区开展研究,了解女性对金融自助设备目前所提供服务的看法,对今后金融自助设备可能提供的新增服务提出建议,并对现有设备服务的不足做出了归纳。总结了当前女性用户常用金融产品和服务的优点和缺点,对比了中青年女性使用三种金融自助服务设备的相同点和不同点。该研究结果为金融自助服务设备的交互设计和改进提供了一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper gives a general introduction about women’ interaction circumstances with self-service banking in Dalian. With ATM, online banking and telephone banking as research object. Women customers’ main concern and acceptance situation towards self-service banking are studied. The comparison between young women and middle-aged women on self-service banking use and pertinent financial behaviours are made. The current advantage and disadvantage of different self-service banking are summarized based on interview.
