【Abstract】 H.264 is the new video coding standard established by ITU and ISO,which has high coding efficiency and high compression quality. Integer DCT transform is one of the main renovation for compression efficiency improvement. For the integer DCT radix can’t be unique within the same transform principle, finding the radix is another valuable research topic besides integer DCT theory. This paper provides a mathematic analysis on the principle of the integer DCT transform and the corresponding quantization, and based on this analysis a generic transform radix generating algorithm has been proposed.更多还原
