网上虚拟实验室的设计和实现
The Design and Implementation of Network Virtual Lab

【摘要】 本文提出了基于Java3D技术网上虚拟实验室的设计模型。Java3D作为Java在图形方面的扩展,它是基于OpenGL等底层的API,同时结合了Java语言的网络功能,能够很好的解决网络跨平台环境的三维可视化问题,并具有很强的交互功能。另一方面关于场景的建模我们采取的是分层建模。通过分层建模有效克服了模型数据量大而产生的客户端系统负担重等问题。
【Abstract】 Proposed a design model of network virtual lab based Java 3D technique. Thetechnique as the graphics extension of Java and it is based on rock-bottom API such asOpenGL and so on and combines with network function of Java , meanwhile. Java 3D cansolve the problem of three-dimensional visual of independent of network platform and hasstrongly interactive functions. The system adopts three-level structure B/S model. it issystematic structure which is made up of client, network server and database server. Itsvisual environment ,is constituted by server and client .it implements work environment ofautomatic setup user , transfers three-dimensional model code and then can form visualimages quickly. On the other hand,adopted hierarchical modeling at the scene modeling. Virtuallaboratory’s building is the network virtual lab’s base. Applying the computer simulatetechnique to construct virtual modeling is the critical to build it. DAG’s data structure ofscene graph is adopted by Java 3D。 In the large scale complex scene,the number ofprotract objects increase rapidly , but the viewers only see a part of them. Generallyspeaking , the number of visual entities is far less than the sum of input entities.Hierarchical modeling adopted in the light of demand of browsers and precision of the modelcan effectively overcome the problem such as heavily workload of client system caused bycomplex structure and length of the files and then benefit transform of network.Video information such as image and graphic is so large that severely block using long-distance virtual lab system which based on Internet. Java 3D is easy to realize, suit forInternet transformation, and has good interactive functions. It offers a great scheme to buildthree-dimensional visual interactive application which based on Web.
