智能传感器平台SSP1492的应用研究

【摘要】 针对一种新颖的不需要专门调理电路的通用智能传感器平台SSP1492开展应用研究。分析了SSP1492基于振荡频率测量模拟量的信号采集原理。基于该平台设计了一种简洁的多通道热电阻温度传感器信号采集电路,给出了具有17位分辨率的测量方法。实验表明,温度采集精度优于0.2%。最后进一步分析了提高精度的方法,并展望了SSP1492在航空发动机控制领域的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Application study has been carried out on a kind of new smart sensor platform SSP1492,which has the advantage of needless of specialized conditioning circuit.The acquisition principle of measuring analog signals through oscillation frequency is analyzed.Based on SSP1492,a simplified circuit which can measure multi-channel thermo-resistance temperature signals is designed.A 17-bit resolution measurement method is provided.Experiments show that the accuracy of temperature acquisition is better than 0.2%.Finally,the methods of improving accuracy are analyzed further,and a prospect of SSP1492 in the field of aviation motor control is discussed.
