多输入多输出振动控制系统中多模式前向通道的设计

【摘要】 为满足多输入多输出振动控制系统中前向通道的特殊设计要求,提出了一种多模式振动信号采集子系统设计方案,着重对其硬件结构和控制逻辑进行了阐述。介绍了信号调理电路和基于开关电容器件的可编程抗混叠滤波器的构成;给出了基于CPLD的数据采集和存储控制模块、触发信号生成模块的实现方法;实现了连续采集、指定长度采集、电平触发、边沿触发、自由触发、超前触发和滞后触发等采集模式;介绍了DSP与CPLD内各功能模块接口逻辑的设计方法。该方案应用于多输入多输出振动控制系统原理样机中,对类似系统的设计有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 A new resolution of multi-mode vibration signal sampling subsystem is proposed to satisfy the special requirements for the design of forward channels in the multiple inputs and multiple outputs(MIMO) vibration control system.The hardware structure and control logic are emphatically described.The structure of the signal condition circuit and the programmable anti-aliasing filter based on switching capital filter is introduced.The implementation of the CPLD based data acquisition and store module and trigger signal generation module are provided in detail.The continue acquisition,given length acquisition,voltage level trigger acquisition,signal edge trigger acquisition,free trigger acquisition,pre trigger acquisition and post trigger acquisition mode are implemented.The interface logic between DSP and the function module inside CPLD is introduced.The resolution is successfully introduced into the development of MIMO vibration control system and it can be reference by similar application.
