乙烯利和充氧处理对水稻Na~+吸收的影响

【摘要】 以添加乙烯利和充氧的方式对稻苗进行预处理,进而获得根形态特征相异的水稻植株,然后观测和评价这些植株在盐胁迫条件下的 Na~+吸收能力。研究结果表明,0.2μmol/L 乙烯利、2.0μmol/L 乙烯利和充氧处理均能极显著降低水稻植株体内的 Na~+含量。0.2μmol/L 乙烯利对 Na~+含量的抑制作用归功于低浓度乙烯利能极显著地促进水稻值株地上部生物量的增长。低浓度乙烯利对水稻根形态特征的作用很小,因而其全株 Na~+吸收量不受影响。2.0μmol/L 乙烯利的抑制效果则是3种效应综合所致。高浓度乙烯利对水稻的地上部生物量和根系生物量以及全株 Na~+吸收量均起极显著的促进作用。高浓度乙烯利处理后,根系的体积和表面积相应地增大,最后 Na~+吸收量加大。充氧处理之所以能降低水稻体内 Na~+含量是正反2种效应的综合结果,充氧处理一方面极显著地促进了根系生物量的增长,另一方面促使根系体积和根系表面积变小,Na~+吸收相应减少。

【Abstract】 The effects of ethephon application and aeration on sodium uptake by plants were studied with 16-day-old seedlings of rice (Oryza saliva L.).The plants for ethephon treatments were grown for 4-8 h in the stagnant nutrient solu- tions containing 0.2 μmol/L and 2.0 μmol/L ethephon,respectively,and then continued to grow in stagnant nutrient solu- tion for 13 d,while the plants for aeration treatment were provided with aerated nutrient solution for 15 d.All treated plants and control plants were tested for 16 h in the nutrient solution containing 200 mmol/L NaCl,and then harvested for deter- mining characteristics and sodium content of plants.The sodium contents in all treated plants were great significantly re- duced comparing to those in control plants.0.2 μmol/L ethephon had little effect on roots,but improved the aboveground biomass of plants,which resulted in reduction of sodium content in plant.2.0 μmol/L ethephon had stimulation on aboveground biomass,root biomass and sodium uptake,which led to very low sodium content in plant.The plants treated with such a high ethephon concentration demonstrated the increase in volume and surface area of roots,which favored the sodium uptake by roots.The inhibition of aeration treatment on sodium content in plant attributed to two factors:increase in root hiomass,and decrease both in root volume and root surface area.The plants treated with aeration had less capacity to absorb sodium.
