【摘要】 <正>HdeA is a single domain protein which exists in the periplasm of Escherichia coli,and is found to be a acid resistence chaperone for the survival of the strain at low pH.Our experiments are performed to probe different aggregation state of HdeA from neutral condition to extremely acidic environment by fluorescence correlation spectroscopy.We get
