【摘要】 <正>Disulfide bonds play an essential role in the folding and assembly of secretory proteins and the extracellular domains of membrane proteins.The formation of non-natural disulfide bonds leads to protein misfolding and further aggregation. Both prokaryotes and eukaryotes possess specialized cellular compartments,periplasm for prokaryotes and endoplasmic reticulum(ER)for eukaryotes,where disulfide bonds are catalytically formed by a cascade of enzymes.更多还原
