【Abstract】 Based on the breeding of Heisheng 101 a new soybean variety with high yield, good quility and high protein. The paper describes the technique of Introduing Exgenous Total DNA( IETD) by pollen tube path way that was set up in China. It also compares this method with gene engineering and conventional breeding methods. Developmental strategies of gene transformation techniques in China are discussed.更多还原
