【摘要】 目的:研究P70 S6激酶信号通路在腮腺腺泡细胞癌中的作用。方法:用RT-PCR方法、Western印迹分析及免疫组化的方法测定腮腺腺泡细胞癌P70 S6的表达。结果:RT-PCR、Western印迹分析与免疫组化的结果一致:和正常组化相比,腮腺腺泡细胞癌中P70 S6的表达明显增加。结论:口腔腮腺腺泡细胞癌P70 S6的表达增加可能是腮腺腺泡细胞癌发生的主要机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The aim of this study is to observe the expression of P70 S6 kinase(P70 S6K) singnal pathway in oral acinic cell carcinoma. Methods: P70 S6 kinase were examined by means of RT-PCR and Western-blot test and SP immunohistochemical technique. Results: The expression level of RT-PCR of P70 S6 increase obviously in oral acinic cell carcinoma tissue. The expression of is Immunological assay same as the Western-blot. Conclusion: Higher expression of P70 S6K may involved in the pathogenesis of oral acinic cell cacinoma.更多还原
