细菌、放线菌、真菌产脲酶动力学特性比较研究

【摘要】 红壤稻田细菌、放线菌和真菌产脲酶的动力学常数Vmax为真菌>细菌>放线菌,Km值则细菌>真菌>放线菌.温度对三种脲酶动力学常数影响显著.温度越低,Km越高,而Vmax则越低.放线菌产脲酶在PH7.6时Vmax达最高,而Km则最低.
【Abstract】 The order of the kinetic constants Vmax of bacteria, actinomycete, fungi generating urease in paddy fields of red soil is fungi, bacteria and acrinomycete, while rhe order of km is bacteria,fungi and actinomycele.The kinetic constants of three urease are considerably affeoted by temperature.The lower tepmperature is,the higher km is,While the lower Vmax is.
