【Abstract】 Objective preliminary analysis on the genetic structure of man - cultured Macaca mulatta population with RAPD method; Method the genome DNA of five individuals was amplified with RAPD -PCR using 20 single primers. Results with RAPD - PCR 142 markers were amplified, the average of genetic distance is 0.4599; Conclusion the genetic diversity of the population analyzed is very ample.更多还原
