【摘要】 本中心将2455只出口猴血清送美国BioReliance公司进行STLV-1检测发现,103猴血清呈STLV-1抗体阳性,19只呈STLV-1抗体可疑,其余猴血清均为STLV-1抗体阴性,STLV-1的感染率为4.97%。其中猕猴STLV-1感染率为2.7%,食蟹猴STLV-1感染率为5.4%,是猕猴STLV-1感染率的2倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sera of 2455 monkey for exporting, was sent to BIORELIANCE Co. for STLV - 1 antibody test. The results reveals that 103 sera was STLV - 1 antibody positive, and 9 sera was STLV - 1 antibody equivocal, the others all was STLV - 1 antibody negative. The STLV - 1 infection ratio of cynomolgus monkey is 5.4% , twice of that of rhesus monkey.更多还原
