【摘要】 目的在雌性恒河猴的月经周期中对促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)的分泌水平的研究。方法本文采用改进的体外生物测定法分析恒河猴月经周期中FSH、LH的变化情况。结果雌猴的FSH峰出现在月经周期的第10.2±1.0d,峰值:57.2±4.8ng/ml;LH峰出现在月经周期的第12.0±1.6d,峰值:96.3±9.7ng/ml,且为滤泡期、黄体期平均值的7～8倍。结论在雌性恒河猴的月经周期中,其LH分泌高峰与FSH分泌高峰不在同一时间出现的现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Studies on levels of FSH and LH during the menstrual cycle of female rhesus monkey. Methods We used the in vitro bioassay to analyse the secreting levels of FSH and LH. Results The results showed that: the surge of FSH arised on 10.2 ± 1.0 day during the menstrual cycles, and the peak value was 57.2 ± 4.8ng/ml; the surge of LH arised in the 12.0 ± 1.6 day, and the peak value was 96.3 ± 9. 7ng/ml. It was 7 to 8 times of the mean value of LH during follicular and luteal phase. Conclusions The results provided that both FSH and LH in female the rhesus monkey did not reach a peak value at the same time during the menstrual cycle.更多还原
