【摘要】 目的 建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,了解中草药特别是虫草对肝纤维化的治疗作用.方法采用四氯化炭（CCL₄）对大鼠肝造成损伤,肝纤维化,并随之用中草药特别是虫草对其治疗,观察中成药对肝病治疗效果.采用电镜、病检对肝的模型制造以及治疗作用进行观察.结果 用CCL₄腹腔注射大鼠后,大鼠的肝脏出现了变化,有肝纤维化发生,其它器官也有些变化.用中成药对大鼠治疗,有明显的作用.但,随着药、药的用量不同、以及成分不同,其治疗作用也有差别.结论 用CCL₄能很好造成肝纤维化模型,中成药也对肝病有很好的治疗作用,但其更好的治疗方法还有待研究.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Establishment of the anima model of fibrosis with SD rats, and to study the cure of fibrosis with the herbs. Methods Inject CCL4 in abdomen to harm the rats’ heat. And that, cure it with the herbs, master the cure effect. Results After injection CCL4 in rats’ abdomen, it’s hepatoiasis appear, fibrosis come into being, others organs pathological change, too. There are good that cure rats with herbs, but deferent’ s medicine and medicine* s dose, different effect. Conclusions It’s good that CCU made SD rats’ animal model of fibrosis, and it’s usefully that the herbs cure fibrosis. But, the more good cure methods need more research.43更多还原
