【摘要】 为了培育从美国引进的一对凝血因子IX基因剔除小鼠获得遗传均一稳定的FIX近交小鼠,采用全同胞兄妹交配、选优法的繁殖方式,目前已近交到第12代,并对该小鼠的生长、繁殖及临床症状等生物学特性进行研究,经FIX活性值测定,符合人血友病B相应临床症状,该小鼠遗传符合孟德尔遗传定律,基因能稳定遗传.更多还原

【Abstract】 The inbred strain of coagulation factor IX-deficient mice have been founded by sister-brother mating. The biology characteristic of growth and breeding and clinic symptom was researched. The assay of FIX activity in mice plasma suggested that this animal is a good model for human hemophilia B. The result showed that the coagulation factor IX-deficient mice could be generated steadily.更多还原
