BALB/c-HSF1基因剔除小鼠的引种、保种与繁殖特性的观察

【摘要】 对引入的BALB/c-HSF1基因剔除小鼠近一年的繁殖、生长发育情况进行了系统观察,并就三种每殖方式的繁殖鼠交配率、受胎率、分娩率、胎间隔及哺乳期仔鼠成活率进行了比较.结果表明:与野生型(HSF1+/+)动物比较,HSF1的缺乏对动物的繁殖有一定的影响;胎间隔与动物的胎次无明显的相关性,而生长曲线与BALB/c的生长曲线类似,这种现象可能与HSF1基因剔除小鼠有BALB/c的血缘有关.
【Abstract】 After introduction, the reproduction condition of BALB/c - HSFl knock - out mice has been surveyed systematically about a year. The rates of mating, pregnancy and parturition embryo space as well as survive rate have been compared in the three gene types of breeding ways (HSFl+/- (♀) × HSFl-/- (♂), HSFl+/-(♀) × HSFl+/- (♂) , HSFl+/-(♀) × HSFl+/- (♂) ) . The results indicated that there was some effects in reprodution of BALB/c -HSFl knock - ort mice because of the lack of HSFl gene; however there was no significant correlation about embryo space with the number of embryo to this animal. Its growth curve was similar to BALB/c’ s, possibly due to the same origin.
