红鲫近交系的建立

【摘要】 本文报道了应用人工雌核发育技术建立红鲫近交系的实验结果.用红紫外线处理的鲤鱼精子激活红鲫卵子.被激活的红鲫卵了,在4~6℃的温度下进行冷休克处理20~30min,有15%发育成摄食期的鱼苗.这些鱼苗到第2年检验,有80%表现了红色体色,即被认为雌核发育红鲫二倍体鱼获得率为12%.经过连续2代雌核发育,选育出红鲫近交系.在这个近交系中,出现较高比例(8:19或4:6) 的遗传上真空的雄性红鲫的形态学特性.本文还报道了这个近交系红鲫的形态学特性.
【Abstract】 This report presents production of clones of homozygous diploid or inbred line carrassius aurratus red variety from artificial gynogenesis. Activated with UV - iradiated common carf) milt, the eggs of red crucian carp were treaed at 4 -6℃ for 20-30 minutes.On this condition, above 15% of active eggs developed into gynogenetic diploid fry.Ih the population, 80% of the fry were bomozygous diploied and a high ratio (8:19 or 4:6) of male both in physiology and in heredity. Finally, the morphological characteristics of the homozygous diploid carrassius aurratus red variety were described by ordinary regulations.
