【摘要】 为进一步证实1997年本实验室从我国猕猴群中分离的B病毒(BV)与人单纯疱疾病毒1型(HSV-1)、2型(HSV-2)之间的关系,在Vero细胞上对3种病毒的增殖规律及引起的细胞病变进行了比较研究.结果表明:新分离BV与HSV-1、HSV-2引起的细胞病变不同,BV主要见细胞融合;病变发展速度不同,BV介于两者之间;对抗BV血清呈不同程度的交叉反应,HSV-1最高仅达70%左右.说明目前国内一直沿用的用HSV-1抗原替代BV抗原检测B病毒抗体的方法,确有漏检的可能.更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative study was conducted among the newly isolated B virus strain 147 (BV147), herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV - 1) and herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV - 2) .The results showed that difference in CPE produced by BV147, HSV - 1 and HSV - 2 could be observed in Vero cell, BV147 typically produced syncytial CPE. Another difference in the spread of infection within the monolayers could also be seen among the three viruses. Differences in positive reaction with anti - BV hyperimmune sera still existed among the three viruses with SPA immunoperoxidase staining. Positive reaction was over 80% in BV147 infection within the monolayers while only 50 - 70% even at 30 - 36h in HSV - 1. It indicated that the substitution of HSV - 1 antigen would result in falsely negative results in BV antibody detection.更多还原
