汽油加入生物添加剂对发动机燃油经济性影响的研究

【摘要】 将一种热带植物中的提取物作为添加剂,加入汽油中以提高其燃烧品质。针对市场上正使用的几种辛烷值为93号的高清洁车用无铅汽油、普通车用无铅汽油、已知成分汽油和车用乙醇汽油,通过发动机台架试验,对加剂前后的汽油机燃油经济性和排放污染物品质进行了对比和分析。结果表明:加入此种添加剂后,对各种汽油的燃油经济性有大幅改善作用,对车用乙醇汽油的效果尤甚。加剂后,可使车用乙醇汽油的燃油经济性与普通车用无铅汽油完全一样。
【Abstract】 One bio-additives extracted up from tropic plant can improve gasoline burning efficiency. The bio-additives were added respectively into four kinds of market available gasoline of 93# octane number, namely super-clean gasoline, prime gasoline, prime gasoline with known composition and ethanol-gasoline. Through engine bench tests, the fuel economy and emission quality with and without the bio-additive were compared and analyzed. The results showed that when bio-additive was added, fuel economy of all kinds of gasoline were improved remarkably, especially for ethanol-gasoline. The fuel economy of bio-additive added ethanol-gasoline even can be compared with the level that only prime gasoline has reached.
