【摘要】 带隙基准电压源在现在模拟集成电路里被广泛采用,大多数模拟集成电路系统中带隙基准源的作用如同人的心脏。本文提出了一种新颖的单级基准源,实现单级带隙基准输出电压可调,并且在理论计算允许的基准输出电压范围内,减小了运放失调电压对基准电压的影响,克服了以往单级带隙基准电压的不可调性。可以实现较宽的单级输出电压范围,有着和常规结构相同的温度补偿系数和良好的电源抑制比(PSRR)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bandgap voltage reference is widely used in current analogue IC circuits .In most analogue IC system, bandgap voltage reference plays the same role as the heart to human. This paper proposes a novel single stage bandgap voltage reference which can implement the single adjustable stage output voltage. The structure reduces the effect of operational amplifier to output voltage under the condition that the voltage reference is within the range of theoretical value and overcomes the shortcoming that output voltage is un-adjustable by conventional structure. The single stage output voltage range is larger than conventional structure. The PSSR and temperature compensation coefficient is as good as conventional structure.更多还原
