【摘要】 利用干燥剂包埋技术及不同化学溶液前处理的方法,研究了玫瑰干花制作过程中的护形和护色问题。试验结果表明:玫瑰花用变色硅胶包埋后再用微波干燥,能迅速除去内含水分,所得干花外形较佳;前处理最佳工艺配方为护色剂B15％,浸泡20min,干燥条件为120W,在此条件下得到的玫瑰干花的色泽和外形都较为理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using drier-packing ways and different pre-handling methods of soaking the flowers in chemic solution, the problems of Keeping shape and Keeping color have researched. From the experimental results, it can be seen that the water in the roses packed with silica gel and dried by microwave can be removed rapidly, and the shape of the dried roses were good. The color and shape of the dried roses under the pre-handling optimum conditions of the keeping color reagent 15%, the time of soaking 20min and microwave power 120W were both good.更多还原
