西安市社会医疗保险风险模糊综合评价

【摘要】 医疗保险日益得到社会各界的普遍关注,医疗保险基金管理关系到千家万户,近年来医保基金管理暴露了许多深层问题,全面评价社会医疗保险的风险具有重要而现实的意义。本文采用层次分析法与模糊评价相结合的方法,结合西安市实际情况,考虑到西部经济发展变化,对其医疗保险中存在的风险进行了归类,构建了评价模型,进行了综合评价,避免了人为主观因素对风险评价产生的影响,使医疗保险风险评价更加科学合理,为社会医疗保险的风险管理提供了理论依据,为解决医保潜在问题提供了科学基础,并为此问题在更大范围内的研究解决奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The medical insurance obtains the social from all walks of life universal attention day by day, comprehensively appraises the risk of the society medical insurance have the reality significance importantly. This article uses the AHP and FCE,unifies the Xi’an actual situation,carry on the appraisa to the risk of the medical insurance,and has avoided the influence of artificial subjective factor which produced to the risk assessment,scientifically caused the medical insurance risk assessment to be reasonable,has provided the theory basis and the scientific foundation for the society medical insurance risk management.更多还原
