【摘要】 目的分析54例不同类型的皮瓣修复颊癌口内组织缺损的存活率及效果,以指导临床实践。方法16例应用纵向颈阔肌肌皮瓣,16例应用前臂皮瓣,22例应用股前外侧皮瓣,比较三种皮瓣修复颊癌缺损的效果。结果14例颈阔肌肌皮瓣、15例前臂皮瓣、21例股前外侧皮瓣存活,术后患者形态及功能良好。结论T₁、T₂期颊癌,尤其是老年人适合选用颈阔肌肌皮瓣;T₃、T₁期颊癌适合选用前臂皮瓣或股前外侧皮瓣,两种皮瓣比较又以股前外侧皮瓣为佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study evaluated the survival rates and clinical results of three types of flap to repair defects of carcinoma of cheek:vertical platysma flap, forearm flap and free anterolateral thigh flaps.Modified radical,supraomohyoid or radical neck dissection were performed in all patients.Methods Out of 54 patients, vertical platysma flaps,forearm flaps and anterolateral thigh flaps were used for 16,16 and 22 cases respectively.Results In 16 cases of vertical platysma flaps,14 cases survived and 2 cases had partial necrosis.In the 16 cases of forearm flaps,15 cases survived and 1 case had total necrosis.In the 22 cases of forearm flaps,21 cases survived and 1 case had total necrosis.The flap survival rates were 87.5%,93.8% and 95.5% respectively in the vertical platysma flap,forearm flap and anterolateral thigh flaps.Conclusions Vertical platysma flap was adapt to repair carcinoma of cheek of T₁ and T₂,especially for old patients,forearm flap and anterolateral thigh flap were adapt to repair carcinoma of cheek of T₃ and T₄,compared with these two falps,anterolateral thigh flap was better than forearm flap.更多还原
