酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体对粘性放线菌生长的实验研究

【摘要】 目的研究酪蛋白磷酸肽钙磷复合体(Casein phosphopeptide-Amorphic calcium Phosphate,CPP-ACP)对粘性放线菌生长的影响,探讨CPP-ACP作为一种生物防龋制剂的可行性。方法将:粘性放线菌ATCC19246在BHI培养基中厌氧培养,在实验组中加入不同浓度(0.5~5.0%(W/V))的CPP-ACP溶液,厌氧培养48 h后采用噻唑蓝(MTT)比色分析法测定细菌浓度的吸光度A值(λ=550nm)。结果随CPP-ACP浓度的升高,粘性放线菌甲臜产物的二甲亚砜溶液的吸光度值降低,即粘性放线菌的活菌数减少(P<0.01)。结论CPP-ACP对粘性放线菌生长具有抑制作用,且随CPP-ACP浓度的升高抑制作用增强。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of casein phosphopeptide-amorphic calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP) on the growth of Actinomyces viscosus,then evaluate the possibihty of CPP-ACP as an effective bi- ological anti-caries agent.Methods Actinomyces viscosus ATCC19246 were incubated in BHI which contain dif- ferent concentration of CPP-ACP and cultured in anerobic condition for 48 hours.Colorimetric assay was used for assay of survival of Actinomyces viscosus.Results With the concentration of CPP-ACP increasing,the A(550nm) values of the solutions rose,and the cell concentration of living Actinomyces viscosus increased.Conclusion It was found that CPP-ACP can inhibit the growth of Actinomyces viscosus effectively,and inhibitory effect en- hanced with the increasing of CPP-ACP concentration.
