【摘要】 目的:分析鼻咽癌误诊为颞下颌关节紊乱病的原因,并探讨避免误诊的对策。方法:回顾分析7例病例。结果:误诊原因为7例病人均未及时作CT或MRI、鼻咽部检查;3例有颞下颌关节弹响史,症状混淆误诊;2例因病灶位置较隐蔽,经多次鼻咽部活检才能确诊。结论:鼻咽癌误诊为颞下颌关节紊乱病的原因主要有,医生对此病的警惕性不够,检查不到位,症状及体征不典型。对策是对于病史较长的病人要多作鼻咽部检查,如有疑问更应定期复查,及时作CT或MRI检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze and investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) by Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD).Methods:Review clinical materials and analyze retrospectively seven cases of clinical misdiagnosis of NPC.Results:The causes of misdiag- nosis:1.without primary site biopsy or CT,MRI (7cases);2.the snapping joint (3 cases) of TMD mislead diagnosis;3.concealing tumors (2 cases) where the positive result was got eventually through multibiopsies.Conclusions:The main causes of diagnosis difficulty in NPC are alert for doctors,atypi- cal symptoms and no proper biopsy.The solution is proper biopsy to patients with long history,periodical- ly checkup and timely CT or MRI.更多还原
