齿科钛金属激光焊接工艺研究

【摘要】 目的探讨激光焊接牙科钛金属的最佳工艺与参数。方法在不同参数条件下焊接牙科钛金属,测试其接头机械性能并进行接头微观组织结构分析。结果保持光斑直径为0.7mm、脉冲持续时间3.2ms,激光功率为1.6kW 时。获得接头的性能较佳。微观断口扫描电镜观察和熔合区金相分析接头组织致密,晶粒细小,未发现有夹杂和微裂纹等缺陷。结论运用齿科专用激光点焊机焊接齿科钛金属其焊接工艺参数存在一个最佳值。

【Abstract】 Objective To find the optical parameters in laser welding of Titanium material methods different laser irradiation power and laser spot diameter were used to weld the titanium.The mechanical properties,meallographic evaluation and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)analysis were used to evaluate joined samples.Results The welding joint mechanical properties were better as welding parameters remain for spot diameter 7 mm and laser power 1.6kW.Microstructure analysis indicates that joint structure is dense,inclusion and microcrack can not be found in the welded joint. Conclusion There is a optical parameter in laser welding of Titanium material in dentistry.
